Adath Israel is home for a diverse congregation of Conservative Jews in the western suburbs of Philadelphia. It is a place where we come together to worship, to celebrate, to learn and to support one another through the joys of life, as well as times of trouble. As we complete the first major renovation of our home in its 50-year history, we welcome new members to come and be part of an ever evolving community of people committed to a shared vision of common values and heritage, community and life-long learning.

We invite you to come and daven with us on Shabbat, sing with our Volunteer Choir, learn in our Adult Education classes or play on our Softball Team. Share the joy of our unique, color-coded Simchat Torah celebration and perform in our Purimspiel, sung to the tunes of a Broadway musical. Study Torah with the Rabbi over lunch or study your lines for our latest Theater production. You can find yourself at Adath Israel.

In addition to the children and grandchildren of our founding members, we continue to welcome new members from around the world who have come to our community and found a home at Adath Israel. Looking forward, we are excited at the prospect of nurturing a new generation of Jewish children from Pre-School to Aleph Consecration to B’nai Mitzvah and, eventually, to the huppah – guided always by words of Torah, mitzvot and acts of gemilut hasidim – loving kindness.
