The Binah Women’s Learning Group is dedicated to thoughtful exploration and community building for women 55+. Utilizing contemporary text and Jewish source materials this group will explore the experience of aging in today's culture and how to nurture joy, resilience and authenticity. Weekly topics include Resilience and change, The role of community in sustaining joy, Spiritual perspectives on aging and wisdom, Grief, loss, and renewal and Perspectives and practices for gratitude. Binah Women's Learning Group is a collaboration between Adath Israel and Synagogue Beth Hillel Beth El.

Groups will be facilitated by Adath Israel social worker, Rebecca Millner and Rabbi Lilli Shvartsmann
