Please join Dr. Amy Alfred as she takes us through a journey in the kitchen to discover the impact our culture and our family has on creating connection and shalom bayit.  She will examine how individual styles in the kitchen can teach us more about flexibility, resilience, pivoting, delegating, willingness to go out of one‘s comfort zone, and accepting constructive feedback.
