The deadline for summer orders is Monday, July 31, 2023. All plaques ordered by this deadliune will arrive in time for Yom Kippur. The current price per plaque is $425 as of July 1, 2022.

The cost of each plaque is $425 (a tax deductible donation). This price is current as of July 1, 2022.

A record of the Yahrzeit will be maintained by the synagogue and an annual Yahrzeit reminder will be sent to:
