Purpose of This Form

Please use this form to submit your marketing and communication information to Adath Israel. The details you provide will help us create a promotional piece for your upcoming event.

This form must be submitted in advance to allow us time to effectively promote your event.

Submission Timelines

⏳ Tent Pole / Large / Annual Congregation-Wide events: Submit 5–8 months before the event
⏳ Regular events: Submit 10–12 weeks before the event
⏳ Monthly or Repeating events: Submit 8 weeks before the first occurrence

Review & Approval

All submissions will be reviewed and approved by Jodie Levinson, Communications Associate.
If we’re unable to publish your request, you will be notified by email.

We request that only 1 (one) person from your committee/group be the point person for this process.
