Your event must first be approved by our Executive Director.
All details must be finalized before filling out this form.
 
Purpose of This Form
Please use this form to submit your marketing and communication information to Adath Israel. The details you provide will help us create a promotional piece for your upcoming event.
This form must be submitted in advance to allow us time to effectively promote your event.
 
Submission Timelines
Tent Pole / Large / Annual Congregation-Wide events: Submit 5–8 months before the event
Regular events: Submit 10–12 weeks before the event
Monthly or Repeating events: Submit 8 weeks before the first occurrence
 
Review & Approval
All submissions will be reviewed and approved by Jodie Levinson, Communications Associate.
If we’re unable to publish your request, you will be notified by email.
 
We request that only 1 (one) person from your committee/group be the point person for this process.

(ie:  Please join the Men's Club for cocktails and appetizers at our annual Sukkah Event.  We ask that you bring new school supplies to donate to the children who are staying at the local Women's shelter.  Spouses/partners are welcome)
