Looking for your parent village? The Shalom Momma Postpartum Group is a warm, supportive community where new and returning parents can give and receive support, ask questions, and begin building a parent community close to home. Each week features a specific topic related to you and your baby, along with a song and a story. Groups are led by a certified Perinatal Mental Health facilitator. 

Join in our new parent group as soon as you feel ready after your baby arrives! Group is open to all parents up to eight months after delivery, and is not restricted to first time parents. 
The total cost for all 6 sessions is $108 or a rate of $18 per session.
This group meets in person at
Jewish Family and Children's Services in Bala Cynwyd 
from 10:15am - 11:15am
